Monika julgeb rääkida tööalastest muutustest kuna ta on selles vallas saanud nii akadeemilise hariduse kui ka ise oma praktilises tööelus erinevaid muutusi läbi teinud. Suure osa oma elust on ta töötanud kultuurivaldkonnas.
Uuel karjäärikeerul viis süvendatud huvi töösuhete vastu teda õppima organisatsioonikäitumist Tallinna Ülikooli ja edasistele õpingutele Tartu Ülikooli karjäärinõustaja koolitusprogrammis ning karjääricoachi koolitustele Inglismaal. Monika on karjäärinõustajana töötukassas aidanud kaasa rohkem kui tuhande kliendi tööalasele eneseleidmisele. Praegu töötab Monika individuaalse karjäärinõustaja ja organisatsioonide töösuhete alase konsultandina.
Monika dares to talk about changes in work life because she has received an academic education in this field as well as undergone both professional and geographical changes in her practical working life.
In the first part of her work life, Monika has long worked in culture. During her subsequent career cycle, her deep interest in work relations has led her to study organisational behaviour in Tallinn University and to do further studies, following a career counsellor training program at Tartu University, and a career coaching training program in England.
Monika`s work has very often had an international dimension, that has taught he r to “translate” habitual activities and patterns of thought into different cultural frameworks. As a career counsellor at the national unemployment office, she has helped more than a thousand clients to find their way to a fulfilling work life. Monika currently works as an individual career counselor and consultant for organisations.
