Registration and payment in Tallinn’s e services portal
In the bottom right corner of the course page, you will find the “Registreeru” button. When you click on the button, you will be redirected to Tallinn’s e‑services portal, where you can choose the payment method. It is possible to pay immediately via a bank link or later on the basis of an invoice.
To pay on the basis of an invoice, click on “Login sisse”, and if you want to pay via a bank link, click on “Jätkan”. To log in, you need a card reader and a valid ID-card, a valid Mobile‑ID or Smart‑ID contract. Important! You must log in to order invoices for courses with a monthly fee.
Once you have entered the personal data required for registration, click on “Kinnitan registreeringu”. If you want to register several people for the same training, click on “Salvestan ja lisan järgmise”.
After confirming your registration, you can choose whether you want the invoice issued to your name or company. In the case of courses with a monthly fee, you can choose whether you want to pay in one or several instalments.
If you have registered but cannot participate in the training for any reason, please let us know at least 5 working days before the training by contacting the relevant training manager. In this case, your invoice will be cancelled. If you logged in when registering for a course and have not yet paid the invoice, you can cancel your registration yourself in Tallinn’s e-services portal.
